MCES's Outpatient Program provides evaluation, consultation, counseling, psychotherapy, medication follow-up and referral for clients experiencing a psychiatric and/or drug and alcohol problem that requires a different level of care. MCES also provides evaluation, treatment and referral for developmentally disabled clients.
Consults are done to assist court in legal matters or at the request of Children & Youth Services on child custody cases. Outpatient treatment and case management is offered to clients on probation, parole and/or those who have special needs.
Our outpatient treatment team consists of crisis workers, psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurses, social workers and physician assistants. All staff is trained and has experience in treating adolescents, adults, and geriatrics with emotional problems.
The outpatient program is designed to promote recovery, provide intensive and comprehensive psychiatric services to those with special needs and to maintain and advocate for an individual’s rights and dignity.
